Kiswok, erstwhile Kejriwal Iron & Steel Works, has been a proven name in the industry for over three decades now. We have been exporting castings to buyers in UK, USA, and the Middle East. To meet the challenges of the new millenium, Kiswok has set up a ferrous foundry based on contemporary technology, which would enable it to fulfil its corporate goal of continuous upgradation of product quality. This new foundry is the only one of its kind in Asia, having commenced commercial production in April 2000.

The new foundry is located on the outskirts of Kolkata, with easy access to the two seaports of Kolkata and Haldia. All raw materials are abundantly available in the hinterland. The installed annual capacity is 50000 MT and can fulfil the requirements of a wide spectrum of industries and applications - agriculture, automobile, electrical, precision machinery, sanitary and water works. Keeping in mind the global preference for ductile iron rather than cast iron, the foundry is equipped to manufacture both. In order to reduce the lead time for product development, we use computerized systems based on current software such as MDT 4.0, Pro-E and Auto CAD 2000 (for 3D modeling), Cast CAE for casting simulation, ProMechanica and Design Space for mechanical testing of products.
