Sand Drying System for reducing high moisture levels ( due to high ambient humidity) to 2-3%.
Magnetic Separator for removing residual iron particles from the return sand.
Water Sprinklers to reduce the temperature of the return sand to ambient, using temperature sensors.

Cold Box Core System

Equipped with automatic Cold Box Core Shooting Centre with intensive sand mixing plant from Laempe.
The core shooting system comprises core shooters of 40 litre, 10 litre and 5 litre capacity, and a mixture of capacity 4.2 MT per hour.
Cores can be made on core boxes of 2 to 6 parts.

HFM 70 high pressure vacuum squeeze flaskless moulding line with horizontal parting.
Automatic mould handling system.
Mould size ranging from 820*820*400 mm to 820*820*560 mm.
Automatic core setter for accurate and fast core setting.
Maximum speed of 100 coreless moulds per hour.
Maximum machine speed of 90 moulds per hour, auto core mode.
Combination of high pressure vacuum shooting and hydrodynamic squeezing ensures consistent mould hardness of 80-90 GF with complicated contours and profiles.
Castings upto 145 kg gross weight, with a pattern draft of 0.07° degree and up to 2 mm wall thickness.
