Zero Water Discharge

Water discharged from the installed STP plant is treated and directed to a rainwater harvesting reservoir, which is then recycled for cooling and dust suppression sprinkler systems. Overall, water consumption has been reduced by 30% through enhanced resource management.
Arresting Fumigate Emission

A fully automatic close-capture Tornado Hood has been installed in all induction furnaces, and dust and fume captive hoods are deployed at every generation point. As a result, we have achieved a 70% reduction in suspended particulate matter.
Continuous SPM Monitoring

The air and fumes are filtered via 12 bag filters prior to being released into the environment, maintaining particulate matter levels below 50 mg/m³. Furthermore, comprehensive monitoring systems have been deployed to track PM 2.5, SOx, and NOx emissions.
