Modernized Foundry

Kiswok installed two High-pressure Moulding lines (Disa Flex & HFM), a Semi-automatic Moulding line, Jolt Squeez,(Arpa900 & Deman450), Nobake manual Moulding line, and going to install one more High-pressure Moulding line (Kunkel Wagner).

Modern Induction Furnace

Successfully commissioned the installation of Oritech Solutions induction furnace 2 sets of double track furnace (4 numbers with capacity 3.5 MT each) and two sets of single track furnace (2 numbers with capacity 2 MT each). The annual capacity of melting is 100800 MT.

Product Ranges

Kiswok is a manufacturer & exporter of automotive, Sanitary, Railway, Agriculture, and Industrial castings. Single piece casting weight from 0.3 Kg to 3000 Kg and various grades of D.I. & C.I. castings are available.

Modernized Laboratory

Kiswok lab is accredited by NABL in the field of chemical, mechanical, and calibration. Our lab is equipped with two spectrometers, two Leica microscopes, an Impact testing machine, a Hardness testing Machine, two tensile testing machines with a capacity of 10 MT and 60 MT respectively, and others equipment.

Modern Machine Facilities

Kiswok is having a modern machine shop equipped with 121 CNC machines including VTL, VMC. HMC, HTL and SPM Honing, etc for in-house machining .

Environment Safeguard

Kiswok successfully installed a dust collection system for reducing the pollution in environment. The full system has been approved by the central pollution control board, Ministry of Environment & Forest, Government of India. As per the Pollution Control Board, Dust level is <50mg and Kiswok Pollution level is <30 mg.
